For the past ten years, I have been recording flexibility and contortion. Most of this footage is TV broadcast recordings, thought there is plenty of live footage that was recorded from my digital video camera from live events, fairs, football games, gymnastics events, muscle beach, and from the world championships of yoga sport from Argentina. All of this material has been professionally edited for utmost picture and content quality.
